We want to make sure your candles arrive safely and in a timely manner. Our shipping policy provides all the details you need. We use eco-friendly packaging and offer various shipping options. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer a standard delivery service through Australia Post and other courier services depending on your order size and location.
Shipping cost starts at $12.95.
FREE Shipping on orders over $150 (excludes sale periods).
Delivery time: 3-5 business days from dispatch.
Orders to PO Box, Parcel Locker, Remote location, and Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post.
⏳ During sales & promotion: Orders may take an extra 3-5 business days to arrive.
💡Hand-poured with care: While we aim for prompt dispatch, some candles may take longer to be shipped. If this happens, we will keep you informed via email.

Double-check your chipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Once your order is shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship internationally. However, if you are outside of Australia and interested in purchasing, please send us an email at hello@soromacandles.com.au and we’ll discuss possible shipping options.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your candle! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer an easy return and exchange process.
RETURN POLICY
You have 10 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns of used candles unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at hello@soromacandles.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked or ‘signed for’ service to ensure safe delivery
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
