Shipping Information

We want to make sure your candles arrive safely and in a timely manner. Our shipping policy provides all the details you need. We use eco-friendly packaging and offer various shipping options. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • We offer a standard delivery service through Australia Post and other courier services depending on your order size and location.

  • Shipping cost starts at $12.95.

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $150 (excludes sale periods).

  • Delivery time: 3-5 business days from dispatch.

  • Orders to PO Box, Parcel Locker, Remote location, and Express Shipping is sent via Australia Post.

During sales & promotion: Orders may take an extra 3-5 business days to arrive.

💡Hand-poured with care: While we aim for prompt dispatch, some candles may take longer to be shipped. If this happens, we will keep you informed via email.

📌 Important:

  • Double-check your chipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, and additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Once your order is shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

​INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally. However, if you are outside of Australia and interested in purchasing, please send us an email at hello@soromacandles.com.au and we’ll discuss possible shipping options.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your candle! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer an easy return and exchange process.

RETURN POLICY

  • You have 10 days from receiving your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • We cannot accept returns of used candles unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  • Email us at hello@soromacandles.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide return instructions.

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked or ‘signed for’ service to ensure safe delivery

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
